Welcome to Fetcher! We are excited to start this journey with you. As lifelong pet owners, we have always struggled with the transfer and storing of pet medical history. We have filing cabinets full of vet visit records! Being in the military, we moved around a lot. Every time we would need to find a new vet, and drag along this massive stack of pet medical records. What was even more concerning was when the vet would say, ” we don’t need that.” How do you not need to know my pets medical history? If I went to a doctor and they told me they don’t need any of my medical history, I would run as fast as I could out of there.
Too often we lose documents, forget what the vet said or get so frustrated we would just pay again for the same tests, throwing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars away. We thought there had to be a better way. That is how Fetcher! was born. Fetcher! allows the vet to put the visit notes directly into an application where the pet owner will always have access. No matter what vet you visit, they will have the ability to scan a QR code or enter the owner information and the pets history will populate on the site for them to view. You will no longer have to request documents are faxed, carried in or sent again. It’s time pet medicine caught up with people medicine.
